of meditation practice.

“The Netherlands on Two Wheels”
Fred will take us on a two-wheeled trip through his homeland of the
Netherlands, where citizens own more than two bicycles per person and
the landscape is a cyclist’s dream - flat as a pancake!
March 24:
H. G. Smith. “Our Changing Universe.” An interactive
review of the changing concepts of the universe from biblical times to
the present era of great uncertainty.
March 31: Emily
Mitchell. “Powers of Ten” This famous, 21-minute film
provides evidence that we are all... one! Come join in an adventure
exploring the relative size of things in the interdependent web.

This Week at UUCGT Simply
Relaxing: Tuesday, Mar.
9, 7:30pm. Much has been written about sound and it's ability to
promote calm, facilitate relaxation and even accelerate healing.
Anne Hughes, nurse practitioner and hypnotherapist and Rev. Kevin Tarsa,
Minister of Music, weave music and guided imagery to offer an hour of
"sympathetic resonance." Bring a pillow and blanket if you wish.

Chip co-authored, and explore our feelings about race--without
condemnation or guilt. The group will meet on five Wednesday evenings,
