The Board approved the selection of Mary Grover to be the chairperson for the Sunday Services Committee. The Board also approved the description for the Community Outreach Committee with Penny Ort as chairperson.

 Now, the Board is working with RE Director and the Religious Education Committee to complete descriptions for the RE Director and the committee and to find a chairperson for the committee. Max will consult with Arline Howe regarding the possibility of a freezer in the basement for food storage for use by the Peacemakers Needleworkers in supporting food distribution to the needy and for other church use. Announcements to be read at Sunday Service are to be submitted before Sunday morning.
